Spectacular, 2022 Axopar 22 Spyder center console boat with a 200HP Mercury engine.  55 actual hours!  The boat was purchased new in 2022 for $105,000.   It came without a T Top.  This boat had a T Top added 6 months ago $5,000.  A 2024 Axopar is over $125,000 now.  This boat was purchased new by a senior adult owner who passed away not long after it was purchased.  The boat was recently professionally serviced and checked out.  It runs like a new boat.  Axopar is a very unique boat built in Europe and shipped all over the world.  Their boats range from $100,000 to over $600,000, depending on size and options.

This boat includes cushions forward and aft, a toilet located under the center console that lifts up, an adjustable windshield, dining table, trim tabs, docking line and cushions, convertible T Top with removable canvas (a brand new never installed canvas is included), ski accessory tow bar over motor, swim platform, deck pads and a tandem axle galvanized trailer.  This is the James Bond of boats and draws the attention of everyone on the water due to its aggressive hull design.

1993 Luhrs 250 Tournament Center Console Boat - Attorney owned.  Currently docked at Holiday Marina in Perdido Key, Florida near Orange Beach Alabama.

Pearce & Associates is selling this fantastic fishing boat for a good attorney friend who has sold his home in Orange Beach/Perdido Florida.  This boat was used by his family for years as their recreation and fishing boat.   It has been well maintained and serviced annually.  It is in ready to use and enjoy condition!  

The boat is currently docked at Holiday Harbour Marina in Perdido Key, Florida (near Orange Beach) on boat slip B-13.  The boat can remain on this slip for a period of up to 60 days after the auction ends.  Purchaser will be responsible for moving the boat to your marina/home or hauling it within that period of time.  The boat does not include a trailer so be prepared if you are in another state and will need to transport it there so your shipping company will know.
