Catalog is availabe for viewing, registration and bidding.  Photos will be upoaded this afternoon.

LIVE, ONSITE & Online Bidding by SIMULCAST - You can attend the live auction or you can log into your computer using your Pearce log in name and password and bid online in real time during the live auction.

SImulcast - You will be able to hear the auctioneer, see the vehicles being sold and bid in real time during the live event.  Once the live auction starts at 9:30, you will click on "Live Auction".  Then listen, watch and click to bid!

Pre Bid Online - If you cannot participate in the Simulcast Live Auction, you can place your online bids and or a max bid.  The auctioneer will bid on your behalf up to your maximum.

Fees - A flat $50 per vehicle fee will be added for online buyers.  Additionally, the Birmingham Auto Auction will charge a flat fee of $75 per vehicle.

Titles fees - $51.50 per vehicle

No buyers premium percentage.

Credit card users will pay BAA 2%.

Payment & pickup of vehicles -  Winning bidders will receive an emailed invoice from Pearce & Associates.  Pearce will collect payment of $50 for each vehilce purchased which will be automatically charged to the buyers credit card.  All winning bidders must pay Birmingham Auto Auction for the vehicle and remove the vehicle from the auction facility within 48 hours.  BAA will handle bill of sales and any other purchaser details.  The Birmingham Auto auction is located at 125 Meadland Circle, Hueytown, Alabama 35023.
