This unit is mounted to a steel frame containing a diesel fuel tank underneath the generator. The steel frame is bolted down to the concrete. The generator is located at the Huntsville Corr Wireless warehouse. Purchaser will be responsible for hiring a professional, licensed and insured electrical contractor to disconnect and remove from the property. Any and all power supply boxes that came with this generator will go with it. Purchaser must remove by appointment within 2 weeks (14) days of purchase. We encourage all bidders to attend an open house inspection at this location to view the generator on Wednesday, October 27th, 10am until12noon.

Generator Purchase Agreement:

Each purchaser shall be responsible for hiring/using a licensed contractor to disconnect the generators and all components that may be attached to the building . The purchaser is responsible for any necessary or required permits that may be required by government officials. Each buyer shall use a licensed and insured professional and shall be responsible for any damage to the property caused by removal of the property. Purchaser must schedule an appointment for removal with the property managers during week days. Purchaser agrees to remove the items from the property within 14 days of the end of the auction.
