Pickup and payment - Monday, January 20th, Tuesday, January 21st and Weds. January 22nd from 10am-3pm

Payment can be made by Cash, Check or Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover up to $2,500. We do not accept American Express. There will be 3% card fee if you use a card for payment.

Note - Power and Water are off to the buildings, purchasers will need to be ready to disconnect machinery that they purchase. 
Pearce will have a 4k lb Cap forklift at the facility available to assist loading. Please be prepared to have a way to load if you purchase something heavier than this capacity.
