Pickup and Payment - * UPDATED TIMES * Wednesday, March 12th from 10:00am - 3:30pm, Thursday, March 13th from 10:00am - 1:00pm, and by appointment Friday, March 14th

There will not be a cash box on site at the pickup location. If you want to pay with cash, you must bring EXACT CHANGE unless you go pay at our office (720 Fulton Springs Rd. Alabaster, AL 35007) before coming to pick up at the Hatching Hope Warehouse.
Monica can accept checks, credit card payments, or exact change on site.
Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express. There will be a 3% Card fee added to your invoice total if you use your Card

ALL Payments must be made no later than March 14th. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for all invoices that are not paid by 3:00 on March 14th.

** Due to the number of invoices that continue to not get picked up on time and the impact that it is having both on Hatching Hope as well as our ability to work on their next auction, there are new pick-up guidelines that will be strictly enforced going forward. Please see Lot #2 for additional information. **

This organization has hired us to have these items removed by the listed dates. Buyers are responsible for paying for the items they win no matter what, so please make sure you will be able to make arrangements to pick up items BEFORE you begin bidding. We cannot guarantee that the items will be available for pickup after the designated pick-up days for this auction; nor can we guarantee that any auction managers will be available to accommodate alternate pick-up times at off-site auctions.

SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.

This auction is for a local nonprofit disaster relief organization. Most of the items are overstock, return, and/or other donations. Many of the items are new and working, however, please note any of the cosmetic damage before bidding. Everything is being sold AS-IS and will be available for inspection on March 11th. General Auction Information:

There is a 15% buyer's premium.
This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00.

Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction.
This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item another 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.

Lot 2: UPDATED PICK-UP INFORMATION!

UPDATED PICK-UP INFORMATION!

Due to the number of invoices that continue to not get picked up on time, we have had to come up with new pick-up procedures that will be enforced at every Hatching Hope auction going forward.

Items not being picked up on time have had a huge impact both on Hatching Hope's daily operations, as well as our ability to work on the next auction for them. They have contracted our services because of how limited they are on space, so please make sure you can come on the scheduled days before bidding.

Going forward:

ALL ITEMS WILL BE PLACED ON PALLETS AND SET OUTSIDE OF THE WAREHOUSE AT THE END OF THE 2ND PICKUP DAY.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP THEM COVERED WITH TARPS; HOWEVER, TARPS ARE LIMITED AND WILL BE USED FOR THE UNSOLD INVENTORY FIRST.

WE ALSO CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THERE WILL BE HELP LOADING FOR LATE PICKUPS. PLEASE CONTACT US AHEAD OF TIME AND/OR BRING THE HELP NEEDED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS.

Lot 3: Pick-Up Location Information

Pickup Location: Hatching Hope Warehouse 374 Shady Acres Rd. Alabaster, AL 35007

When you get onto Shady Acres Rd, you can follow the signs for Hatching Hope until you see the black gate and Pearce Auction sign straight ahead. Please come through the black gate to the back warehouse building to check-in with Monica first. She will then tell you where each of your items are located and help get you loaded up.
