The Brasher Estate and individual family members have commissioned Pearce & Associates to liquidate assets at a private residence in Vestavia Hills, AL (Address furnished before sale ends).

PLEASE NOTE: This equipment is located in a basement/garage that is very limited in space and room to maneuver. There is an overhead lift that can be used to get equipment within about 10 feet of the overhead garage door. Anything needed beyond that will be the responsibility of the BUYER - bring your own help and equipment!

PLEASE NOTE: The milling machine is located about 8-10' from the garage overhead door but the overhead lift will not be able to be used to move this piece of equipment - bring your own help/accessories and equipment to move this substantial piece of equipment.

You are encouraged to come to inspection(s) so that you can plan your own logistics.

INSPECTION: Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 10am to 3pm Central time

PICK-UP & PAYMENT: Thursday May 8, 2025 and Friday May 9, 2025 from 9am to 4pm Central time. ALL items must be paid for no later than Friday May 9, 2025 at 4pm. Methods of payment: Bank Wire Transfer, Cash, Check (Alabama), or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover only - up to $2,500.00. We do not accept AmEx. Please note there is a 3% Convenience fee added to credit card payments.

The Grizzly Lathe may need to be picked up after May 9 by appointment with the Seller due to logistics. All items must be paid for by Friday 5/9/25 at 4pm.

Please plan to come to inspection and see all items for yourself. Please plan to bring your own help and any equipment/accessories needed for loading, packing, etc when picking up.
