This auction features the complete liquidation of a premier lighting manufacturer that produced high-end light fixtures for designers, architects, and industry professionals worldwide. Assets include industrial fabrication equipment, a CNC waterjet machine, a large paint booth, dip tanks for patina finishes, forklifts, warehouse infrastructure, and a vast inventory of custom-made lighting components such as glass globes, brass parts, and marble accents.

Auction Ends (Subject to Soft Closing): Tuesday, June 10th at 7 PM EST
Auto-Extension Feature: If a bid is placed on an item with less than 5 minutes remaining in the auction, the bidding window for that item will extend back to 5 minutes. This will continue until the bidding ceases on that item for 5 minutes consecutively.
Staggered Ending: Lots will start ending in order in 30 second intervals. Lot 10 will start ending at 7pm, lot 11 (next lot) will start ending at 7:00:30 pm, lot 12 will start ending at 7:01pm and so forth.
Inspection: Tuesday, June 10th from 3pm-5:30pm
Pick Up: Wednesday (6/11), Thursday (6/12), and Friday (6/13) from 10am-3pm. Forklift to be scheduled for pick up around 6/25.
Payment: Payment will be required within (3) days of auction end. Payment can be made by cash, cashier's check, or bank wire. We accept credit cards up to $2,500, subject to a 3% surcharge.

There will be (1) 5,000 lb forklift with an operator on-site to assist with pick up. The operator is an independent contractor, all buyers who utilize forklift assistance will be required to sign a liability waiver. Buyers are welcome to bring their own forklift, skid steer, etc to load their items.
Please bring appropriate help and tools to breakdown, disconnect, and load your items!
