UPDATED INFORMATION: This RV has not been operated or tagged since 2007. The elderly owner has not been able to operate it. Here is our inspection report:

Vehicle cranks and runs good. All tires are found to be dry rot and will need replacing. The RV has 2 slideouts. Both slide out canopy's and the main front canopy are dry rotted and will need replacing. The RV was not stored under shed and has some minor water damage to the bunk overhang which hangs over the van cab. The side panels have some warping from water and the underneath side has some soft spots. We do not see any water damage inside the RV. The interior is outstanding with just a couple of carpet stains. The RV is a F450 and has a 6.8 Liter V8 Gas engine and automatic transmission. The RV does have a Onan 4000 gas generator. We attempted to crank it but it did not start. Since it has not been in operation, be preapred to tune up the generator. We do not know the hours.

The owner cannot find the title to the RV so our auction firm is filing for a replacement title. Pearce will guarantee free and clear title. Again, the last registeration for this RV is 2007. Sold As Is.

TITLE DELAY! We have just been informed that the family cannot locate the title. Pearce has filed for a replacement title for this vehicle. It could take several weeks before we have a title for the purchaser.
