The interior has a common area that could be used for multiple functions, a fully working kitchen, a storage closet and a fully functional bathroom. It also has two loft areas for sleeping quarters. A few special extras are the stain glass window in the guest loft, a covered porch for sitting or rocking, satellite or cable hook ups, surround sound and ceiling fans. It is framed just like a regular house. It is also screwed together for better transporting and covered with Western Cedar inside and out.
