* Auction Ends: Friday, July 31st at 12pm.

* Inspection: Wednesday, July 29th from 9am-3pm and Thursday, July 30th from 9am-3pm.

* Pickup and Payment: Saturday, Aug 1st and Monday, Aug. 3rd from 9am-3pm.

* This auction features staggered ending. Every 80 lots end in 15 minute segments. The first 80 lots end at 12pm, the next 80 end at 12:15, and so on.

* Every online auction features a 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, that item extends another 5 minutes to give a chance to get back in on that item, and continues extending everytime a bid is placed within 5 minutes.

* Pearce and Associates is a designated Automotive dealer. Therefore, we will be handling titlework on all vehicles bought. There will be a $65 fee for the title paperwork per vehicle unless you are a dealer.
