* Titles - Pearce & Associates is a licensed Alabama Automobile dealer and will prepare a title work for the purchaser. A title and processing fee of $65 will be added to the final invoice for Alabama documentation and title fees. Non Alabama buyers will receive the actual title and do not pay the title fees.

* Pearce & Associates is now a licensed Federal Fire Arms Dealer which requires that all gun buyers complete federal fire arms paperwork on guns purchased. Winning bidders will pay a $15 per gun paperwork fee and must be over 21 years old to purchase. Bidder must pick gun up and fill out paperwork in person. No exceptions! No out of State buyers for guns. We do not ship! You must be a resident of the state of Alabama to buy a gun.
