Bidding Ends - Tuesday, April 28 @ 7:00pm

Inspection - same day, 9am - 2pm.

Location: Shelby County Board of Eductation, Facilities & Maintenance, Industrial Parkway, Columbiana, Alabama 35051. Industrial PKWY turns off of Hwy 25.

Pickup and payment after the auction - Wednesday, April 29 & Thursday, April 30, 9am - 2pm. The only exception will be the mobile classrooms. Winning bidder must remove them within 30 days or pay a $25 per day storage fee.

Terms: All bidders must register with a valid credit card. Winning bidders may pay by cash, credit card or certified funds made payable to Pearce & Associates.

Automobiles sold in the auction shall have a $65 per vehicle title fee added to the final purchase price for titlework. No title fees added to dealers or non Alabama residents.

CONDITION: This is a government surplus auction. Everything is sold as is, where is without warranty or guarantee. Some items may be in very good operating condition, others may be in poor condition or need minor repairs. Most of the items sold by the School System are simply outdated or funds have been made available for new models and the old ones must be auctioneed. We encourge your onsite inspection to be fully informed.
