Online bidding ends Wednesday, September 17 @ 7:00pm. Payment must be made no later than Friday, Sept 19th. Pickup can be any business day up to 14 days after the sale ends. You may inspect the items in person during business hours.

GUN INFORMATION: Pearce & Associates is not a licensed gun dealer and does not sell guns as an ongoing daily business practice. We do occasionally sell guns for estates along with their other assets which is allowed by federal law. This auction features several long guns from this estate. Pearce & Associates requires the following pertaining to guns: 1. You must be a resident of the State of Alabama to purchase a gun in this auction. No out of State buyers are allowed to purchase. 2. You must be 21 years of age or older. 3. The purchaser must pick up the gun in person. No Shipping. 4. We will not sell to a buyer with a criminal background. 5. Pearce & Associate shall maintain a record of the gun and purchaser information in our files for future reference.
