Bidding Ends Friday, July 18 at 12:noon. Open House inspection will be Wednesday, July 16 & Thursday, July 17th, 9am - 2pm. Pickup and payment will be Saturday, July 19 and Monday, July 21st.

2. No minimum or reserves.

3. No bid cancelations or bid retractions. We encourage you to inspect the items prior to bidding. All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee.

4. You, the bidder agree to allow Pearce & Associates to charge the credit card used to register with in the event that the items are not paid for and picked up by Monday, July 21st at 3pm.

5. Sales tax is collected unless you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your tax exempt status to Pearce & Associates. Non Alabama residents are tax exempt on autos but are required to sign a Alabama drive out form.

6. A $65 dollar title prep and recording fee will be added to the final invoice for each vehicle you purchase at this auction. Pearce & Associates is a licensed automobile dealer and title agent and is required by law to prepare titlework for the purchaser.

7. Bid extension: This auction features a 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction, that item will extend the time remaining another 5 minutes and will continue to extend as long as bidding takes place.
