2. Inspection: Official inspection dates will be the last day of bidding. You are welcome to come by our auction facility during the week anytime to view the vehicles in person. Keys for cranking will be on the last day of bidding only.

3. Terms: You will be required to agree to the posted terms and conditions of the auction once you log in and start bidding.

b. Sales tax collected on all vehicles unless you are out of state or have a dealers license

c. AS IS, WHERE IS! Pearce & Associates does not make any representation as to year, make, model, milage, running or physical condition. We are acting as agents only for the seller. We encourage personal, onsite inspection of all items in the auction. Our description will simply describe whether or not we were able to start and drive the vehicle. Vehicles are used and may require a battery or jump start. If a vehicle has been described as running, then that vehicle was running at the time of the catalog posting. You are buying as is!
