Farm Equipment Sale - The Porter Estate

The heirs of The Porter Estate have commissioned Pearce & Associates to sell farm equipment assets from the estate.

**ADDED INSPECTION DATE:  Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10am to 2pm Central Time**

Inspection:  Monday, October 16, 2023 from 9am to 3pm Central Time 

Sale Ends:  Monday, October 16, 2023 starting at 7pm Central Time with a staggered ending

Pick up & Payment:   **NOTE!!** - Payment is at the PEARCE AUCTION CENTER 720 Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster, AL 35007.  Once your purchase is paid for either in person at Pearce Auction Center or electronically (cc or wire transfer) you may then go to pick up location. 

Pick up will be at : 295 County Road 220 Jemison, AL  Tuesday 10/17 and Wednesday 10/18 from 9am to 3pm Central time AFTER you make your payment at the Pearce Office!

NOTE:   BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING/REMOVAL FROM SITE.   There will be no labor or equipment on site other than what is being sold!

NOTE: **ADDED LOTS** - Lots 10 and 11 are not part of the estate and are located on a farm near Shelby, AL.  A 2 hour inspection will be set up at a different time - please contact sale manager if you want to see these items and be notified of that inspection.  Payment will be at Pearce Office and the Seller will load for you by appointment once you have paid**
