A complete liquidation of remaining assets from this former business including TRUCKS, FORKLIFT, GRANITE SAW, MISC GRANITE SLABS, RACKS, SHOP TOOLS AND ALL OFFICE SUPPLIES.

Online bidding starts May 1st and ends May 15 @ 7:00pm central time with a soft ending, staggered lot numbers.

OPEN HOUSE TO THE PUBLIC IS THE LAST DAY OF BIDDING - May 15, 10am - 2pm.

PAYMENT:  Trucks & Forklift must be paid for by CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK OR BANK WIRE ONLY.  All other items will be paid for by credit card on file with Pearce & Associates at the conclusion of the auction.

PICKUP AND REMOVAL:  May 16 & May 17th - 9am - 3pm.  EVERYTHING WITH EXCEPTION TO THE GRANITE SAW AND GRANITE SLABS must be paid for and removed from the site on those 2 days only.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you purchase granite slabs, they are all located outside the building and you can come and load those anytime during daylight hours up to 1 week.  BUYER MUST PROVIDE LOADING EQUIPMENT AND LABOR TO LOAD.  WE DO NOT LOAD.  The granite saw will require some rigging.  Purchaser may remove the say within 1 week of auctions close, by appointment only.  Purchaser to provide rigging equipment and labor to load.  Do not bid if you cannot meet these terms.  No refunds!
