XYZ Automation, Inc. has commissioned Pearce & Associates to liquidate the remaining assets at their Pelham, AL location in an online auction.  

**Vehicles, Trailer, Forklift, MILLING MACHINE, ROBOTS and Robotics/Electronics,  Job Boxes, Transformer, Air Compressor, Plasma Cutter, 3D Printers, Shop tools and equipment (some brand new - never used!) , hand tools, office furniture and much more!**

LOCATION:  180 Chandalar Place Drive, Pelham, AL 35124

Sale Ends:   Tuesday 6/11/24 starting at 7PM Central Time with a staggered ending

Inspection:  Tuesday 6/11/24 from 9am to 3pm Central time

Pick up & Payment:   Wednesday & Thursday 6/12 and 6/13 from 9am to 3pm Central Time  There will be a cashier on site. We accept wire transfer, cash, check.  We accept credit cards up to $2,500 only and we do not accept American Express.

(FORKLIFT BUYER - Please plan to pick up on Thursday 6/13 after 2pm to allow us time to get out anything that needs the forklift to load)

BRING YOUR OWN HELP- Pearce will have 1 or possibly 2 people on site to help you locate your items.  Pearce staff will help where we can,  but the Buyer is responsible for loading their own merchandise.  We will have a forklift driver on site until it has been removed by the Buyer.

BRING YOUR OWN BOXES/CONTAINERS/PACKING SUPPLIES - there are no bins, boxes, packing supplies on site if you buy a quantity of smaller items.  Please bring your own.

NOTE:  Seller is vacating the building as soon as the auction & pick up is over!!!!

NOTE:   All items must be paid for by Thursday 6/13/24 at 3pm Central Time
