Lots 10-83 are in the main kitchen on Ground Level near the ER 

Lots 100-128 are in the hospital Cafeteria and Civic Room on ground floor (C Level) of POB #1

Lots 200 - 209 are in the old Subway location on ground floor (C Level) of POB #1 

Please note that the vast majority of lots 10-128 were in use until Friday 8/3/2024 when the hospital relocated.   Lots 200-209 were part of Subway which has been closed for an unknown period of time but the equipment that is plugged up appears to be in normal condition. 

INSPECTION:   Monday 8/26 and Tuesday 8/27 from 10am to 3pm  

Sale Ends: Tuesday 9/3 starting at 7pm Central with a staggered ending. 

INSPECTION & PICK UP INFO:   Enter through ER entrance on the west side of the facility, sign in with Security and Pearce staff will assist you after that. 

Pick up & Payment:   Wednesday 9/4- Friday 9/6 and Tuesday 9/10 - Thursday 9/12  from 9am to 4pm Central.   ADDRESS:  995 9th Avenue SW, Bessemer, AL  35020  

PICK UP TERMS: ** BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING**- bring your own equipment and labor.   Pearce will have a cashier on site and staff to help you locate your items.   All other responsibilities in moving are the BUYER'S

All items must be removed by Thursday 9/12/2024 at 4pm. 

NOTE:  SELLER will have ALL water, gas, power and fire suppression uninstalled from any equipment affected by these things prior to the sale end.
