Auction Ends - Wednesday, Sept. 25th at 7:00pm Central

Inspection - Monday - Friday  from 9:00am - 4:00pm 

Location - Pearce Auction Center – 720 Fulton Springs Rd. Alabaster, AL 35007 

Pickup and Payment - Thursday, Sept. 26th and Friday, Sept. 27th from 9:00am - 4:00pm

Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express. 

ALL Payments must be made no later than Sept. 27th. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for any invoice not paid by 4:00 on September 27th unless other arrangements have been confirmed by email.

** Please Note: Beginning on Oct. 1st, we will now be charging a storage fee for invoices that are not picked up by the specified date in the auction information. For this auction, there will be a $10 storage fee charged per day/invoice for any items that are not picked up before Oct. 1st. Please see lot #1 for more information. **

Shipping - VERY LIMITED Shipping will be offered for this auction. Items such as knives and gun holsters can be shipped. Please e-mail or call BEFORE bidding to ask about any other specific items that you would need to have shipped.

• All shipping and insurance costs must be paid by the buyer. We ship through USPS and UPS and insure all boxes for the total of the invoice instead of the $100 of insurance that is automatically included. If you do not want to add the additional insurance to your box, please send an e-mail with that in writing.
• We will ship items for this auction within a week after the scheduled pick-up days. Please e-mail PearceAuction@AuctionByPearce.com as soon as possible to let us know if you will need your items shipped.
• Any items that we do not feel comfortable packing ourselves will be taken to UPS for them to pack and ship. This may add to the shipping expenses that the buyer must pay.

 General Auction Information:

• There is a 15% buyer's premium.
• This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00. 
• From our website:
  Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction.
•  This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item back to 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.
