Bidders must request a bidder number and due diligence package.   All bidders will approve a $5,000 hold on a valid credit card OR submit a $5,000.00 cashier’s check made payable to Pearce & Associates.  Pearce & Associates will hold these checks until the end of the auction.  If you are not the high bidder your check will be returned to you.  If you are the high bidder AND the Seller accepts your high bid your check will be considered a portion of your earnest money.
